I can sleep through Tac-flying yet not in bed

sleepThis is the start of a series of blogs about sleep. As you can see from the title it starts with how I used to be able to sleep anywhere anytime.

Sleeping well is very important for our general well-being and I used to be able to sleep through anything.

The only time I used to wake up on exercise was if the generators sounded wrong. This was usually a sign that they needed swapping over as the current working generator was running out of juice. Either that or someone had the kettle on. Definitely a good reason to wake up.

Well for starters it is the bodies way of repairing itself as it allows for regeneration of cells. This is not always possible when we are awake as the resources needed are being used in our waking state.

Why the sleep problems?

So, having said I can sleep anywhere why am I having problems sleeping in bed? Well the simple answer is I don’t know.

I do know that if I forget to put my anti snoring ring on then I have a more disturbed night.

Creating A New, Beautiful And Courageous Existence requires sleeping well. There are lots of factors that can cause temporary or longer-lasting insomnia. Fortunately, just like a small mosquito having a “drastic” negative effect on your sleep there are other small things that can have a positive impact.

I will be exploring some of the ways to help with sleep during the course of this series. I will try some out and give you my feedback. Remember however, they will be only my results yours could be quite different.

Practice makes perfect

It’s all well and good writing about things in theory: however, we need to start applying what we learn. If you sleep well you don’t have a problem if not, have a look at possible causes so that you can a better night’s sleep.
