The perfect bottom toning exercise

bottom toning exerciseCould a bottom toning exercise be the answer?

You see, I have always had a problem with the size of my bottom. Unfortunately, it is congenital. Which means I don’t have much hope of making it much smaller. However, I do have a chance to make it look toned at least.

I don’t do the amount of exercise that I used to. I’ve put on the pounds and allowed my bum to get somewhat flabby.

I have looked for an exercise that fits into my more sedentary life. As the weight comes down more physical exercise will become available to boost the body shape transition.

Well that’s the plan anyway!

What is this bottom toning exercise?

Luckily, it’s very simple which is always a bonus as that makes it more likely that we’ll do it. No pain no gain is not always the way to go. To read my blog about exercising like a tortoise click here.

So here is the exercise.

  • Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, back straight and shoulders relaxed.
  • Tighten your buttocks, breath in and push your hips forward
  • Hold for 10 seconds.
  • Release the tension as you breathe out.
  • Do 20 to 30 repetitions.

I told you it was easy. The exercise can be done anywhere. Just to prove this to me Nicci first talked me through the bottom toning exercise in the middle of the bar in Monségur. I kid you not. 11.30am two Sunday’s ago and I was thrusting my pelvis forward Lord Flashheart sylte (woof!)

Luckily, it’s not that noticeable so I didn’t get arrested.

This means that you don’t have to plan time or space to this exercise.

Hopefully as I do this and other exercises, and loose weight, not only will I be Creating A New Beautiful And Courageous Existence but also a more pleasant to look at body as well
